My name is Sarah Adler and my pronouns are she/her/hers. I am a Licensed Psychotherapist at Synergos Counseling. I received both my Master’s degree in Counseling and Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from UW-Madison. I am passionate about supporting clients in developing more adaptive and flexible intra-personal and inter-personal patterns by using the counseling relationship as the vehicle for change.
I have been trained at Synergos Counseling in using interventions such as Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), Habit Reversal Training (HRT), interoceptive training, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
