Mission Statement
Synergos (συνεργός) (pronounced sin-er-gos) is a Greek word from ancient Athenian dialect from which the word synergy arose, meaning working together.
At Synergos Counseling & Wellness Center we work through a holistic and restorative wellness model of treatment. We believe by reflecting on and attending to various facets of your life (e.g., work, health, faith) you will achieve greater self awareness. This will allow you to experience improved mood, health, and overall daily functioning.
We pride ourselves in providing a safe, gender-affirming, culturally sensitive, inclusive environment for individuals of all abilities from all communities including but not limited to LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, and AAPI. Additionally, we utilize Health At Every Size and Intuitive Eating frameworks to create an inclusive and accepting environment for all bodies. We are ever evolving within our own professional community through self-reflection, ongoing education/training, etc. As a team, we engage in weekly consultation and supervision to discuss general case information as needed to receive support in providing the best options available to us for our clients.

- Parking on Blount Street across from our building is free 2 hour - Across railroad tracks toward East Wash is unlimited free - Across railroad tracks toward East Wash the first road to the left is all free diagonal parking (Railroad Street) - Livingston Street next to the Sylvee has a paid parking garage - Our lot is free after 5pm |
