We are looking for 1-2 full or part time Licensed Psychologists (PhD, PsyD) to join our talented team in an established, integrative wellness practice. We are looking for clinicians who value collaboration, hard work, and professional growth. This person must have a valid Wisconsin license with preferred past experience in a healthcare setting and/or private practice setting utilizing a team approach to treatment with strong assessment and diagnostic skills in addition to experience in administering psychological testing. This person must also demonstrate strong organizational, verbal, and written skills to best function in this role.
Our preference is a candidate with private practice experience, yet this is not required. We have a mentorship program that assists new staff in easing the transition from a traditional position. Ideally, we would like to hire someone who has experience working with individuals across the lifespan, yet not required. We require an active, in good standing Wisconsin license and passing a caregiver background check.

We have 1-2 positions open for full (minimum 20 billable hrs/wk) or part time (less than 20 billable hrs/wk) Wisconsin-licensed psychotherapists who have an APSW, LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LPC-IT, MFT-IT & licensed for 12+ months who have specialized training in treating disordered eating and eating disorders and/or exposure response prevention (ERP) at our 301 South Blount Street location.
The part time pay is not reflected in the average total compensation. These hours include the following paid non-billable opportunities: mandatory weekly group supervision, paid weekly clinical consultation groups (if applicable to your specialty), intermittent paid training, and other paid mandatory meetings. Staff are able to make their own flexible schedules between our hours of operation Monday through Wednesdays 8-6p, Thursdays 8-4p, and Fridays 8-12p. We do not work weekends and have no on-call requirements.

The total compensation for full time providers averaging 25 (or more) payroll hours/week to include required (paid) group supervision, optional (paid) consultation groups, individual (paid) supervision, and non-billable meetings ranges between $73K-$90K based on experience, hours worked, and additional contributions to Synergos such as providing group therapy, continuing education, etc.
