Licensed Counselors (APSW, LPC-IT, MFT-IT, LMFT, LPC, LCSW) We are an established, integrative wellness practice looking for clinicians who value collaboration, professional growth through training & consultations, strong communication, work-life balance, and inclusivity. We pride ourselves in providing a safe, inclusive environment for clients and staff of all abilities including but not limited to LGBTQIA+, body positive, BIPOC, and AAPI. We offer a variety of training on-site including evidenced-based treatments using Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), Habit Reversal Training (HRT), Trauma Focused CBT, Eating Disorder informed care, and more.
We have 1-2 positions open for full (minimum 20 billable hrs/wk) or part time (less than 20 billable hrs/wk) licensed psychotherapists at our 301 South Blount Street location. The part time pay is not reflected in the average total compensation. These hours include the following paid non-billable opportunities: mandatory weekly group supervision, paid weekly clinical consultation groups (if applicable to your specialty), intermittent paid training, and other paid mandatory meetings. We also provide opportunities for paid supervision for in-training staff. Staff are able to make their own flexible schedules between our hours of operation Monday through Wednesdays 8-6p, Thursdays 8-4p, and Fridays 8-12p. We do not work weekends and have no on-call requirements.
Our preference is a candidate with private practice experience, yet this is not required. We have a mentorship program that assists new staff in providing support during the onboarding process. We like to hire someone who has experience working with individuals across the lifespan (children to adults), yet not required. We require an active, in good standing Wisconsin license and passing a caregiver background check.
We are looking for someone who values teamwork while also skilled in working independently in a fast paced environment, detail oriented, strong professional communication skills with peers/supervisory staff/external treatment teams, exemplary written and verbal skills, excellent time management to balance between charting/sessions/and collaboration, and is passionate about delivering ethical, quality clinical care to our clients.
We offer an extensive benefits package including but not limited to: flexible scheduling & ability to flex hours, no on-call requirements, paid supervision time, intermittent performance bonuses (overall performance not just billable hours), flexible unlimited earned PTO with increased earning tiers, health/dental/vision benefits that include a Qualified Small Employer Health Reimbursement Arrangement (QSEHRA), medical flex spending account, health savings account, and limited–purpose flex spending account; paid parking (for full-time staff) parking/transit flex spending account; dependent care flex spending account; group term life insurance, voluntary term life insurance; short term disability insurance; tuition reimbursement; and more. We also have full administrative staff allowing you to focus more on the client's care and work. Staff are paid hourly allowing them to work more to increase their salary as needed. There is flexibility to increase compensation through billable client hours and the above mentioned opportunities through group therapy, providing continuing ed, etc. This would also increase earned PTO.
We provide a hybrid model of treatment to our clients including both in-person and virtual appointments based on client needs. We would prefer someone to work in the office setting and not remotely. Full time staff have their own offices, no office sharing.
