"Angela has helped me completely transform my relationship with food in just a matter of weeks! Her incredibly kind, gentle, and nonjudgmental personality has allowed me to feel entirely comfortable sharing about my struggles with food throughout my lifetime. She has helped me gently explore where specific dynamics of my thought processes around food and exercise have stemmed from so that we can work through them in a really accepting and positive light. She is responsive and adaptive - understanding of the roadblocks in my way while working alongside me to find ways to overcome them in ways that feel feasible and good to me. Angela is truly the most wonderful person to have in your corner!" - Feedback from current client
