Yoga has been a part of Dale’s life for over 20 years. She believes that her practice has helped her to grow stronger, calmer and more flexible both on and off the mat. Dale's pronouns are she/her/hers.
As a retired middle school social worker, former marathon runner, and professional musician I have found the practice of yoga and meditation vital to live each day more mindfully and intentionally. In her classes, Dale strives to combine creative sequencing, wonderful music and a dose of inspiration to help students deepen their practice. She supports others to find peace through intentional nurturing of their body, mind and soul through practices. It is her hope that students will leave the mat feeling refreshed, nourished and balanced. |
Sarah infuses her years of experience as a trauma-informed occupational therapist with the practice of Yoga to share the gift of movement, connection, and healing. Her passion for sharing healing wisdom and holding nurturing space leaves an open invitation to explore a path of awareness and mindful movement. Her classes are grounded in knowledge of movement patterns, anatomy, neuroscience, and the subtle body. She brings together somatics, primary movement patterns, and Yoga traditions to support integrating movement, breath, embodiment, and mindfulness in an interactive and playful style. Sarah teaches Therapeutic Yoga and Vinyasa classes.
